Privacy notice

Who we are

Furniture Pampanga (664 Sta. Clara Rd, Pampanga) builds custom solid-wood furniture. This notice explains what happens to the details and files you send us through this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect:

• Your name, firm or company, mobile number and email
• Project details: pieces and quantities, project type, delivery city or province, target date and wood preference
• Any renders, CAD files, drawings or photos you upload
• How you found us, if your link carried it (for example an ad campaign name)

To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for up to one day. We can't turn it back into your actual address.

Why we use it

• To prepare your itemized quotation and contact you about it
• To follow up on your project if you go ahead with us
• To protect the form from spam and abuse

We use your details because you agreed to it when you sent the form. We don't sell them, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Your drawings and files

Renders and CAD files are often our trade partners' confidential work. They're stored in private storage that only our staff can open, through download links that expire after 10 minutes. We never use your files or project in marketing unless you give us written permission.

Who else handles it

Our staff, plus the service providers that run this website for us:

• Supabase — database and private file storage (Singapore region)
• Vercel — website hosting
• ConexMail by Conex Media — sends our team an email when a new request arrives

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to quote and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records as the law requires.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies at the moment. If we add them, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at furniturepampangamail@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
